I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA and for the last couple of years I am residing in Virginia. I have search high and low for the Fresh Cake Yeast and no one carries it. I make Raisin Bread during Christmas and Easter holidays as per my familiy tradition and the instant yeast and active ry years does not work with my mom's recipe. I was delighted to find it online at your company. I can't tell you how excited I was to receive the Fresh Yeast and it finally turned out just like mom's. I was worried that the yeast would arrive warm and not be used, however, it was packaged so nicely and the ice packs were still icy. Thank you so much for offering the yeast to home bakers. I have told my friends were they can now purchase. I diffently will be purchaseing again and looking at othe products you sell.
