Wonderful customer service! My 1st order was delivered with package damaged and refrigerated items at room temperature. I was unaware of refund policy until after I had trashed items. Customer service were very prompt in telling me what was needed from me on order to help them navigate issue next time and provided me store credit for my next purchase. The next purchase was initially on backorder and they kept me informed every step of the way.Product was delivered cold in cooler this round ! Very pleased!
