this is the second time that ordered the Almond Butter Croissants. The first delivery the box was placed on my front porch and My IPhone alerted me that the delivery was there. I immediately brought the box in , opened it and found that the dry Ice had all melted. The container seemed to be appropriate for shipping frozen food . However, the croissants had all thawed in the box and congealed. and I had to literally pull each one apart. FSD fortunately sent a second box at no charge. When I had prepared the last of the croissants, I ordered from Webstaurant and a very similar situation happened and I had to pull their croissants apart before I could choose decent looking ones to prepare for my family and guests. This last order for your company had very little dry ice still intact and several croissants have had to be pulled apart again as approximately thirty were thawed and congealed again. I'm sure you deliver these croissants to restaurants but probably in Iced/refrigerated trucks. It is the shipping without enough dry ice to keep the croissants from thawing prior to final destination. so I don't think I will be repeating this order.
