The agent that I talked with on the phone was pleasant and efficent and she promised that my order would arrive by the needed time (5 days before the pans would be used). It was absolutely essential. The package DID NOT arrive by the scheduled date and it was too late for me to find an alternative source. I was under extreme stress for a whole week. The package arrived hours before the pans were needed and to top it off, they were not exactly what we needed (the sides of the pans were shorter than normal).
