I shopped in your University Mall, Sarasota, FL store a few days ago. As I shopped, I experienced a wide variety of wonderful products and Associates who went over and above to help with different sizes, as well as everyone else who joined in to deliver a great customer experience. What I'm going to tell you next will SHOCK you! When I got home, I realized I had LOST my CREDIT CARD. In thinking about the last place I shopped, I figured out that Forever 21 was the last in my shopping trip. I called them because everyone was so thoughtful and kind. When the young man told me they had my CREDIT CARD IN SAFE KEEPING for me to pick it up this week, I really got goose bumps! I guess my feelings were right on!
