“I was shopping for vacation, and when I went home i went onto their website to see if a certain dress that was out in my size was available on line. When I went into website I noticed tat the website prices for what i just bought was drastically different. From $30 to 17.00 thats a big difference. So I decided to call customer service for hope of a price adjustment. I was thinking oh perfect Ill save a little on my purchase. But, when I called the customer service rep said that FOREVER 21 does not price match online or in store!!! That just rubbed me the wrong way like are you serious your own store cant match your online prices??? Its forever 21 where we know its not the greatest quality for clothing. This is a ridiculous policy that the company should consider changing. It is not fair to the consumer. We should be able to receive the best possible customer care from them. I shop at major brand stores Neiman Marcus , Bloomimgdales, Saks which all offer the best customer service.
Forever 21 you really need to change this policy. The consumer should be top priority.”
“I am a resident of Panama City and went into the store yesterday Tuesday around 1-2 pm to get some jewelry. After picking up the items, I went to the checkout.
There was no one there so I waited. I saw a young lady by the racks holding a pair of jeans and was hoping she was coming towards me so I could pay for the items.
Halfway, she met a young lady and they sparked a conversation. I was waiting patiently thinking that maybe it was a customer, but it appeared they knew each other. So there was a lot of laughter and carrying on. She glanced at me a couple of times but proceeded to continue chatting with her friend while I just stood there.
Now, I hear a lot of the lack of customer service here in Panama, but store attendants like that young lady give credence to that notion. I finally left the items at the desk and left. She glanced up and still continued chatting with her friend. There was no apology nor any attempt to check me out.
It's unfortunate and I believe your staff need some more training on how to treat customers, especially in view of the location where you interact with so many foreigners who have a clear notion of what customer service should look like.”
“I placed an order on Nov 30 , there is no movement on the tracking info. I've called forever 21, they keep telling me on-trac has the package which I have called on-trac and they informed that they never received the item from forever 21. They refuse to give me my refund. I will contact the BBB if I don't get my refund. Horrible customer service.!!!”
