I was shopping for vacation, and when I went home i went onto their website to see if a certain dress that was out in my size was available on line. When I went into website I noticed tat the website prices for what i just bought was drastically different. From $30 to 17.00 thats a big difference. So I decided to call customer service for hope of a price adjustment. I was thinking oh perfect Ill save a little on my purchase. But, when I called the customer service rep said that FOREVER 21 does not price match online or in store!!! That just rubbed me the wrong way like are you serious your own store cant match your online prices??? Its forever 21 where we know its not the greatest quality for clothing. This is a ridiculous policy that the company should consider changing. It is not fair to the consumer. We should be able to receive the best possible customer care from them. I shop at major brand stores Neiman Marcus , Bloomimgdales, Saks which all offer the best customer service.
Forever 21 you really need to change this policy. The consumer should be top priority.
