I ordered and requested in store pick up. Ok Coron Virus they stop processing in store pick up. But prior to store closing mandates I ordered 3/10/20 and no email about what happens if stores closed. It is now 3/24/2020. No email to let customers know and no order delivery. I called and they said customers in store ordered cancelled but no date or email when refund to be issued. This is hard times and if forever21 cancels orders independently, then customers should be informed and refunds issued immediately. Dont order online or instore pick up from forever21 ever. Bad business practices
