It looks like a lot of people liked the product, so I may be an exception. It was a lot smaller than I expected and it was way harder to use than I thought. I can't blame any of that on the company, but when I told them I was unhappy and wanted to send them back, all hell broke loose. They resisted mightily, explained this and that and tried to decline the return. THAT made me made so I raised fuss in a few places (can't remember where) and they then said they would take care of me if I took down the reviews. Putting it all together, I think the ethics and customer service here are way, way short.
