“I've ordered from Foreverspin several times. In fact, I purchased the Full Medal Museum Collection with no problem. The tops are beautiful. However, recently I bought a new release with a promotion that included special limited edition tops. It's been 6 weeks, and the tops have not arrived. But what is really disappointing is that I am now being ghosted on my follow-up. As many other reviewers here have noted, there is ZERO acknowledgment or response. Calling their numbers goes directly to voice mail (every time). Even their online chatbot will only take a message that does not get returned. This is after weeks of emailing and calling. I had an impression of them being a quality company, but now I feel cheated with not even an attempt to address my issue. I don't want to do it, but I guess it's time to call my credit card company and dispute the charge.”

My experience with ForeverSpin has been frustrating, and at this point, I’m seriously questioning whether they ever intended to deliver my order (#FSCOM284899) at all.
Initially, they claimed shipping to Ukraine wasn’t possible, but after some back-and-forth, they assured me they would cover the $114 express shipping fee and even add two limited-edition spinning tops as a gift. That sounded great—until I realized that, despite giving me a DHL tracking number, my package has been stuck for days due to missing customs documents.
After contacting DHL, I discovered something even worse: ForeverSpin hasn’t even paid for the shipping yet! DHL only bills the sender after delivery, which means that unless they submit the required documents and complete the payment, the package will simply be returned to them without ever reaching me.
At this point, it looks like they’re stalling until DHL cancels the shipment so they don’t have to send me anything at all. If this is a misunderstanding, I hope they fix it immediately. But right now, I can’t recommend this company to anyone.”
“I have been ordering from them for almost 5 years now, I have never had a problem, everything arrived in a reasonable time and arrived beautifully packaged and without any wrinkles in the packaging, and everything is very beautiful. They always answered my questions in a very short time, almost the same day
Highly recommend and they have promotions and gifts several times a year that you can find out about if you sign up via email. In addition, you get a coupon with a gift or discount for your next purchase.
I have been with them for quite a few years and I have not had a single problem.”

I reached out to their customer service via email and at first they said they would offer a full refund or a new package immediately with limited edition items. After that I was ghosted and no response for weeks on end. It’s a scam, don’t waste your money.”
“They did not send my order. I contacted them and they blamed the mail. I waited no product. I contacted them again via email and phone call they never returned my call or my email. I had to contact my credit card company to get involved I will not be ordering from them ever again.”
“Everything! After charging the money they sent me a packet which arrived ripped open and the top was missing from the box. This carelessness happened despite paying shipping and price in USD to a Canadian company. On contacting the company, they responded immediately offering support and refund/ replacement, however after that did not reply to any of my emails (4 mails) since last one month. Highly disappointed, in fact feel cheated. Deciding to reach my bank to take care of it.
Its a ripoff company... don't got for it, frauds!!”
“10 days after I placed my order, there was zero movement on the tracking #. I emailed asking for the tracking# in case I had gotten it wrong. They replied right away with the tracking # and told me it was unusual I had not received the order yet but that they had an internal scan that the order had been handed off to USPS. Called USPS, they have not received the order. You call their 2 numbers and nobody ever answers. You have to leave a voicemail that is never returned. I have since emailed them 8 more times with not one response. I am incredibly disappointed and wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering. My credit card company will be handling it from here.”
“Here’s the thing. You can buy a beautiful Cheetop on Amazon for less than 20 bucks and start having a blast or you can pay allot for a foreverspin top and then open it and think what the heck. If you do get one then know that they don’t have a refund policy.
Put a small rubber band on the end of the top to help you get started.
I have a lot of tops. The foreverspin is not in my top 5”
“Very disappointed with company and product. Took 2.5 months from ordering to arrival. There was a tracking number, but for 2 months, it stayed the same, giving no indication of progress. Finally arrived and opened the package to find a tiny top, about half the size of the pictures on their website. Do not recommend.”
“It looks like a lot of people liked the product, so I may be an exception. It was a lot smaller than I expected and it was way harder to use than I thought.
I can't blame any of that on the company, but when I told them I was unhappy and wanted to send them back, all hell broke loose. They resisted mightily, explained this and that and tried to decline the return.
THAT made me made so I raised fuss in a few places (can't remember where) and they then said they would take care of me if I took down the reviews.
Putting it all together, I think the ethics and customer service here are way, way short.”
