10 days after I placed my order, there was zero movement on the tracking #. I emailed asking for the tracking# in case I had gotten it wrong. They replied right away with the tracking # and told me it was unusual I had not received the order yet but that they had an internal scan that the order had been handed off to USPS. Called USPS, they have not received the order. You call their 2 numbers and nobody ever answers. You have to leave a voicemail that is never returned. I have since emailed them 8 more times with not one response. I am incredibly disappointed and wish I would have read reviews prior to ordering. My credit card company will be handling it from here.
