Terrible service, I received flowers a gift from a friend. These flowers were poisonous for my pet, I know have a 1000 pounds to pay to the vet, and my cat may not survive this. It's not stated what flowers are in the box, nor that they are poisonous.
Customer service's main interest was waive away their responsibility. Seriously disappointing!
