Met them at a festival, lovely guys helped set up order easily, beautiful flowers that come in a lovely box & you learn to arrange them yourself! My partner loves it as he regularly buys flowers but this works out cheaper

Very disappointing quality. First bunch of tulips died within 5 days and kindly replaced with another. Same experience again. I love tulips and know they can last for over a week and gain a life of their own. It was such a shame. Excellent customer service though.

Once the flowers came back to life after being out of water for a little while in the box, they looked magnificent. Such amazing quality! I ordered mine to be delivered on the week of mothers day (delivered on Tuesday as per where I live) and almost all of the flowers have lasted 3 weeks! Especially the lillies, they are divine. I can't wait for my next delivery on the 22nd April, which would have been my late dad's 69th birthday. The quality of these flowers have definitely exceeded my expectations. Can't wait to see the next bouquet!

I ordered some flowers for Mother’s Day for my Mum, very disappointed with the arranged, very few flowers just lots of foliage!

This is a good idea but the quality of the flowers is getting increasingly dire. Every three or four deliveries I get a beautiful fresh bunch of flowers, the rest of the time the whole bunch arrives in a dismal state, or half of it is OK and not the rest. I often have to throw away half on opening. Other times I have to throw away the whole bunch after three or four days. I regularly write to them asking them to notify their quality control and explain but this has never solved the problem.

My experience/s echos with other poorly rated reviews… so there is an obvious consistency which needs to be addressed! Yes you can “ Skip” a delivery but not “ cancel” on line… I have used this company intermittently since 2021… & yes it’s a nice touch to receive informative printed information regarding what blooms are enclosed/how to arrange/what to do to aid longevity but when the blooms are of poor quality upon arrival what do you do? .. Salvage them as best as, or compost them. !! I’m finding “ this time around” ( 2nd delivery)… the blooms are depleting & being “ bulked” out with green foliage! This most recent delivery ( which similarly I thought I’d “ skipped” was so disappointing, not worth even the discounted “ £21.00 letter box price”… not inc of delivery… packaging isn’t really flower friendly… long cardboard boxes with scrunched up paper at either end, blooms tied with string… ( yes great recycling but not “ transit” friendly)… I have given them another chance but based on the two deliveries, I’m sorry but I won’t be using them again. I hope things improve.. Quality is so important… I have tried to upload photos from my library to evidence my review but “ please try later or contact customer support”.. That said I have successfully forwarded my review & photos directly to their “ customer feedback”…

Used to order fortnightly flowers around 2021-22 and they were lovely. Stopped ordering due to finances and haven’t reordered since. Last week (March 2025) I received a call from them to “ask me some questions”, I told them it wasn’t a good time as I was waiting for someone to call me which is why I answered in the first place. He seemed disgruntled and I said please take me off the list and he just said “MH-mm” and I said thank you, goodbye and he rudely put the phone down. Not sure what their game is but an email questionnaire might’ve been better. I’ll be giving them a wide berth now

I received flowers as a gift yesterday, they were in an awful condition and looked as if they had been without water and just thrown in the box. Very disappointed. I told my friend they were lovely as she would have been upset had she seen them. They looked marginally better today standing in water, but will be discarded later today. Depressing to look at.

Used to be great but over the past year Freddie’s has gone seriously downhill. Discounts don’t work so you end up paying more, free vases don’t arrive and CS don’t bother getting back to you. Flowers used to last a good couple of weeks, lately half of them are dead in a few days. I’ve closed my account and washed them to not call/email again.

My son sent me some for my birthday,they were not in good condition, I phoned my son and sent him a photo of the flowers ,the next day I received a beautiful bouquet 💐 and my son received a full refund.thank you so much ,

We had 3 deliveries of flowers from Freddie's flowrrs and I would say they were perfect. Best delivered flowers we have had. Can't afford regular supply but would use the for special occasions or as a gift

I ordered these flowers on special price, and subscibing to every 3 weeks. They eventually arrived. I have neaver been so disappointed with a bunch of flowers. The white roses were shrivelled, and the rest looked like out of date cabbage. The photo was full of gorgeous collered flowers the classic bunch. I will continue to use wild and bloom who send fresh. Please will you pick them up, they look awfully.

Scammy company. I originally stopped using them as the flowers were not worth the money (too much foliage & not enough flowers), I felt the flowers were not worth the money and I kept skipping deliveries but if I forgot one week I’d end up with flowers I didn’t want. So it was an expensive mistake to sign up. Eventually I think I must have skipped enough so the deliveries stopped and I thought I was safe. I Fell for a marketing call a few months ago telling me their customer numbers were reducing and they had relaunched the service with improvements in order to regain customers. They assured me they’d changed and it was easier to cancel / skip deliveries and under the promise of a new vase I decided to trial their new service. Biggest mistake of my life. I am back in the position where the flowers are not worth the money and as it is impossible to cancel without contacting them and have a battle I skipped as many deliveries as I physically could as it worked last time. Unfortunately life got in the way and it slipped to the back of my mind so imagine my surprise when Freddie’s flowers tried to take money from me MONTHS since I received my last delivery from them. I contacted customer services right away and said I wanted my account cancelling and I do not want these flowers. I explained that I had been opted back in for a delivery without my knowledge or consent and then they decided to take money from me without my knowledge or consent. The way this business operates is so incredibly sneaky. It’s very obvious as to why the customer numbers are dwindling - it’s the extortionate costs and deceitful business practices. It almost feels as if they are running short of cash so just opt people back in without their knowledge or consent as a way of getting money from them. I have been battling with customer services for 5 days now. The customer service is absolutely shocking. They refuse to acknowledge what they’ve done is sneaky and that I did not consent or authorise the payment or being opted back in for deliveries. They are more focused on stealing money from me. I am happy to send the flowers back to you but I am not paying for them. I have contacted my bank who have marked the attempted transactions as fraudulent and as a result my card has been cancelled. I have already warned my family & friends of how deceitful this business is. Please do not give them your money, it is so hard to break free from them. So many local florists (who have more ethical business practices) now are doing flower subscriptions for cheaper may I add! Avoid like the plague

Cold calling - I've had 3 calls from them this morning, all from different numbers. One was even using the telephone number of an off licence. Everyone should report them for poor business practices and abusing (ex) customer data .

Avoid!! Second delivery from freddies flowers. The first one wasn't the greatest, however I didn't pay full price so I didn't contact them. Received my second and last delivery today. The flowers are in a terrible state. I put them in water as soon as they arrived as per instruction on the website. However the roses received were already in full bloom and wilted!! I have seen more life in supermarket woopsies which would be a fraction of the price!! Unfortunately I am having difficulty in uploading photos here. I have emailed freddies flowers but I am not hopeful on hearing back after reading other customer experiences.

The last two deliveries ..one didnt happen and last weeks flowers were half dead and not worth £9 let alone £29 so I have cancelled .

I ordered on Thursday for Saturday delivery. The flowers failed to arrive on Saturday, Sunday and Monday. They arrived on Tuesday, for a celebration on Saturday. Not good enough. Do not use if the flowers are for a celebration on a specific date.
