Placed an order for a gardening tool from their shop to be delivered with the next flower delivery - they removed this from my order (may be it got sold out?) but didn't alert me.
I tried cancelling my account by emailing them but they wouldn't let me do that through email. They called me and I said that I didn't have time to discuss further (since I was at work) and asked them to email me the confirmation of the cancellation - they still have not closed my account. There isn't an alternative way on their website for you to close your account or remove your bank details.
Please avoid this company.
