Ordered 3 prints to be enlarged to 10 X 8 size. One perfect, one had feet cut off & final one the bottom third of the 2 subjects was cut off!
E-mailed complaint & they replied suggesting it was my fault during ordering process! Did give me a partial refund. Have used once before just for the free prints which were OK but sadly won't be using this company again.
