Free Prints integrity has been compromised with me because they advertised a blanket as the “free” monthly item, gave me a total, however, when I checked out they changed the total from $16 to $30 right in front of my eyes. They stated the blanket was not free. By the time I went to take a picture of the screen, the company removed the offer. The company knew they removed it, so they kept asking for a screen shot of the offer. How low down & dirty. My advice is, if you are involved with a company you have to keep photos of offers, transactions, to keep them honest, do not do business with that company. Keeping photos should be an option for your records/accuracy. It should not be something you must do to prove to them they offered you a product. It takes less time & energy to shop with a BETTER company. Good luck and thank you for listening. I’m only trying to help others avoid a headache. REMEMBER: those who retaliate for receiving bad reviews will receive their karma, so don’t do it. Next time do better.
