Free prints overcharged me, I was ment to be charged 3 pounds buy was charged 7 and they cancelled by order on the 7th of Feb and promised a refund! But 2 weeks later I still haven't received my refund and they are saying no money was taken out my account despite me providing proof of payment and money being taken out my account! Now they are saying I'm not going to get a refund or credit, but earlier in the week they promised me a full refund. They have bad customer service, and don't take you seriously. Still haven't gotten me refund, as they are denying I was charged for the order even though it was authorised and charged by my bank!
