I found this Company and their products on Facebook. I really enjoy the Owner's videos about the history of the company, harvesting, roasting and canning. Even the shipping when he grabs boxes at random and tells us where they are shipping to. However, all of the above means nothing, without the product to back it all up. Mexican food is my hands down favorite choice! These chilies and sauces are delicious, these compliment any meal. Plus a forum to share recipes creates a nice on-line-community. Please don't change.
