For one thing, I never received my $10 coupon for the "Hatch Spice Blend" that came to me with mold on the product inside the jar; that jar should never have made it to you as it was misshapen and should have been rejected by the producer of the jar. For another, there is definitely a disconnect between customer satisfaction (in Las Cruces) and production (in Hatch)I know you talk to each other, but it seems like one or the other of you only hears what you want to hear. You should only ship the top grade chile (of whatever variety) to the customer; everyone should get what Randy can get by going across the street and picking 'select' grade for his grill. Your crews know chile and will pick as they are directed; they can be the best quality control you can get. No one should receive any immature or poor quality chile. You're better than that!
