We bought a case of varied sauces, etc. for our sons for their birthdays. They are very happy with everything they've tried. The first shipment in Oct. went to Dallas with no problem, however, the 2nd shipment went to Tacoma WA in Nov. & there was quite a delay. & I didn't get a discount since I ordered a case & there was no free shipping if I ordered a case. I got to choose the first time I ordered, if I wanted to pay shipping or get the discount. I ordered the 2nd case online & maybe that was the difference, because the girl who took my first order was there at your plant....Rebecca was her name & she was great!. Other than that, the boys are happy & we love your products too. Other than that little glitch, we are happy & excited for your company's success!
