I ordered some chili for our Christmas pasola and when it arrived it was incorrect, the receipt for the order was correct but what was shipped to me was not it was missing two jars of extra hot red chili sauce, in place they put green extra hot, I called customer service and spoke with a wonderful young lady and she said she was going to send two jars of extra hot for me. I have not received them yet but I am taking her on her word. So the customer service was prompt and quick and I do appreciate that. Because the extra hat was for Christmas Eve dinner. I will continue to order from the fresh chili company because their product that they produce and sand is spot on and we love it
