I am very satisfied with these products, as I am a lifelong New Mexican, a retired NM high school teacher living in Northern Georgia for cancer treatment. I taught and coached football and track from Hagerman in the Southeast to Escalante in the far North to Pojoaque in Santa Fe County, with stops in between in Roswell. I know NM chile, and have been to Hatch many times! I know my chile and I am very satisfied with the products I have received, and I will keep ordering.
