I caught the sale and ordered 2 of the lumbre frozen chili. These had some heat and super flavorful and i loved them. Now that they are on track the order came pretty quickly. I really like the flat packaging and 1lb bags. I just take one out and use my cleaver to score or chop what i want to use and put the rest back in a zip lock and back in the freezer it goes. I live in Il, originally from Co and in Il they dont even know what green chili is, Not even in the mexican restaurants here so you can imagine how happy i am to finally be able to get some since i can no longer travel to get some yearly!
