My husband is from Albuquerque. We were supposed to go home to see his family for Christmas, but due to Covid, couldn’t go. He’d been waiting all year to do this and was pretty depressed. I knew he’d be missing out on all the home cooked meals from grandma, and she makes the best enchiladas. I decided to buy red chile pods and green chile jarred so that he could make “christmas” at home. HUGE success. He said it tasted just like grandma’s. Thank you guys for making a product my husband and I can tell is quality. It’s hard to get that here on the East Coast. There’s nothing like Hatch chile.
