Since Covid lockdown I have missed my yearly trips back home.. Besides all of the wonderful things I do visiting the most enjoyable and anticipated part of the trip is Eating...how much I miss NM cuisine pings to the depth of my stomach/mind and heart. Getting my six pack of chili sauses was incredible but that goes without saying. Hatch chili's are a corner stone of NM culinary delights. I ate my jar of green chili salsa straight from the jar with a spoon in one sitting. It was delicious...green chili salsa... perfect flavor...as were all the other products. All are excellent. The staff are great folks.... again, just like going home. I highly recommend The Fresh Chili Company. It's the real thing! The whole "enchilada"as the slang goes. Do something nice for yourself or a friend and enjoy a jar. It'll hit the spot... it's as close to home as you can get when you can't get there..
