First we like to say we love all of the Fresh Chile Company products. Haven't been able to decide which is our favorite. Over the Christmas Holidays I place 9 orders to be shipped from here to all across Texas and Arizona. One of my orders (#84659) never made it to its destination. I have sent an email to you twice with this information and have NEVER heard back from anyone. Although I am a little annoyed we will continue to buy from you.
