I ordered one of the variety packs, the Hatch spice blend, and Abuela's Traditional Red Chile Sauce. I've loved every single jar I've had so far, as well as the spice blend! Try out the recipes that are on their website (that's what I did), they're great! I live in Wisconsin and all of my jars came packaged safe and secured throughout the delivery process. I constructed geologic field work near Las Cruces in Jan. of 2020 and fell in love with the cuisine & chiles out there.
