It's my second time ordering from you. My favorite is your Pure Green Hot, it complements any dishes with cheese involved like the quesadillas that I make with chicken and monterey jack cheese. I also add it on pieces of chicken for chicken tacos. I also use it for pork chile verde. Your Fresh Red Hot, I use it to make a crockpot version of barbacoa, comes out delicious. I also use it to make huevos rancheros and chilaquiles. It also goes perfect with ground turkey, for tacos. I also add it to my pescado sarandiado. The Abuelas Sauce, I use it for pozole, menudo, red enchiladas and chile con carne. There is just so many dishes to make from the great sauces from The Fresh Chile Co. I'll be ordering some of your new BBQ sauce on my next order. Can't wait to try it out! Every dish that I have made when I have used your sauces, comes out delicious!
