I have ordered 3 times now. I am very satisfied with all of FCC's products I have tasted. I have made Randy's Posole recipe, everyone that tasted it loved it. Now on to my latest order, which is No was a reflection Fresh Chile Co. performance. Most recently I ordered 7 bottles of mixed products and a bag of blue hominy posole. At no fault of FCC, the delivery was damaged and 2 of the bottles were broken. I filed a damage report with FedEx. I also sent a email to FCC customer service to let them know what happened. What I didn't expect was a return email offering me a $20 gift card or the replacement of the two damaged bottles, one of which was the new BBQ sauce which smelled really good. I choose the receive the two bottle replacement, which FCC was Not obligated to replace. I received the replacements in 3 days via USPS. That is what I call Great Customer Service. I also let customer service know that If I receive a refund for the damaged product from FedEx I will spend it on FCC products. For a small company they stand behind their fine products and are building a strong reputation among their customer and other in the industry. I didn't show but I rated "Excellent"
