Love it. Having grown up in ABQ making the annual labor day pilgrimage to Hatch to get sacks of fresh green chile for me an my friends. My '65 Mustang smelled of chile for weeks afterwards. Having left ABQ many years ago, finding a reliable source for the Green (and the Red) has made me happy. Now I can cook real enchiladas, posole, and carne adovada. There is no New Mexican food in NYC and being able to make my own based on recipes I learned from ex-girlfriends and friends of my grandparents has made the pandemic lock-downs more tolerable.
