The chile products offered by this company is excellent. Having previously lived in NM for 20+ years I'm pretty sure my blood was tinted slightly green because of all the fresh NM chile I'd eat. Having moved to the eastern part of the US I really missed the taste of fresh NM chile but a friend referred me to The Fresh Chile Company products. Now I'm definitely hooked and am getting regular shipments of red and green chile sauce from them. I'm finally back to enjoying a regular infusion of NM chile. I recommend their signing up for a regular shipment of red and green chile. You'll feel much better in a lot of ways. Now if I could figure out how to make NM style sopaipillas at low altitudes?
