Purchased a five pound bag of the frozen Hatch Chiles after returning from a vacation trip to southern NM. We’re usually in Ann during the harvest time and I pick up fresh chiles. The frozen arrived shortly after we returned home and we immediately cooked up a batch of Green Chile sauce. Flavor was great! Starting to bring out all of the grrrn Chile recipes. Thanks for the great flavors and great service.
