If you enjoy the tastes of green chile and red chile on Mexican food--or any other kind of food--this is the place to shop. The absolute best!! I've read that some folks grumble about the $10 shipping fee. Well, in my opinion, it's worth the $ and it's cheaper than a road trip to New Mexico. Try the 3-pack, and if you don't like it, you'll have friends or relatives that will happily take them off your hands. The jars come safely tucked in bubble wrap fitted in a sturdy box (that I keep to hold odds and ends in the garage. LOL) You'll not find this quality in your local grocery store or wallyworld. Try it, you'll love this stuff. Our favorite? Green chile sauce. Hoping to get a box of fresh-picked chiles to roast on a charcoal grill. Lived in the Southwest for years, and one could buy them freshly roasted outside grocery stores and other places. Not so here in Oklahoma; however, we found one grocery store that was roasting them in Fort Smith and thought we'd hit the jackpot. Nah! Turned out they didn't know if they were hot, medium, mild, or what. A waste of money. We like 'em on the extra warm side, and medium and sometimes hot, from The Fresh Chile Co. suits our tastes.
