This stuff is fantastic. You can smell how good it’s going to be as soon as you open the lid. I bought a medium red/green jar and I’m about to place a larger order to sample as many as I can. I recommended it to a friend of mine that loves hatch chilis. After his initial order he placed a very large order. The flavor is just terrific. I will be a customer for a very long time.
