I have been ordering products for almost 2 years now. I can’t tell you how amazing each product is or which is our favorite! We live in California but my husband is from New Mexico and grew up on New Mexico chiles recipes. I’ve learned to cook with it over the years and love it. We’ve also bought the fresh roasted green chile locally when it’s available in California. But The Fresh Chile Company makes it available all year long and in different forms! Love it!
