My interest Piqued in the fresh chili company due to a recipe for Chile Verde that was posted on a social media site. After checking the company out I ordered the ingredients I would need for several of their on line recipes. The order arrived and I was off and running making the Chili Verde with posole seasoning and 2 jars of the hatch green chilis mild. It was a household hit! I placed a second order for more green chilis, this time medium heat, as well as some seasoning for creating elote! Well the second round was an even bigger hit with the family and friends! I'll be ordering more soon as they have been elevated to a regular dish in our household.
