Having grown up in New Mexico in the 70's and 80's, I grew accustomed to high quality green chile, from Hatch. I moved to California in the 90's and for several years, could never find any other than canned, horrible stuff. With the internet, I've had chile's sent from many companies. What I really like about The Fresh Chile Company is that they are quality - top to bottom. Everything is as expected. If you order extra hot fresh chile's - they're going to be super hot. The hot is hot enough for me, but I still go for both. Beyond that, their jarred products are awesome and excellent to have in the pantry. I highly recommend this company for a one-stop shop for your green chile fix.
