I left new mexico when i was ten. My mom did her best to cook all the things i grew up on. But there was allway's something missing. She would buy different peppers all the time ,but still wasnt as good as grandma's cooking.a few years ago my mother told me the thing that made grandma cooking so good was the chile's grandpa got at the farmers market. Then about 2 years ago FCC started advertising on facebook. I knew what i been missing all these years. I bought 6 jars of there green and red chile. I was right grandma used hatch chile's in her cooking. THANKS FCC FOR LIGHTING MY TRUE TASTE BUDS BACK UP .
