They are the best. We tried other Chile. We even went out and purchased fresh hatch chilies and attempted to make our own. Then my wife started ordering from Hatch website they had lots of varieties. Soon we found exactly what we liked. Once our order came & 3 jars were not full. I called Hatch & they said they are hand filled so they are not always the same. Wow they sent me another case just to keep us happy.
