I made the mistake of ordering 25#'s of chile from the Hatch Chile Store in Hatch. Then I was told of the Hatch Chile COMPANY, in Las Cruces. Not only did the Chile arrive a day earlier, it was such beautiful Chile, that it was a joy to process. My friend Tracy (male) ate one by itself on a hot tortilla while his wife Barb was roasting that he called me right away from Ms. to tell me how delicious it was. This will be my go to place from how on!!! Kudos to the Hatch Chile Company out of Las Cruces. Thank you so much for righting a wrong per the Hatch Chile store in Hatch.
