I ordered flowers on a Tuesday to be delivered Friday. On Thursday I thought I'd check the status, said delivery exception and order will now be delivered next Tuesday. It's for my parents anniversary so 4 days later wasn't going to cut it. I chatted with the rudest customer service rep who assured me the time and date it was shipped out and said it's with UPS the delivery information will update soon. He became rude messaging in all caps when I asked what to do when the flowers arrive 4 days late and are dead. He again assured me they'd arrive fresh. Friday at 10pm, the DAY of delivery, I get an email saying the bouquet I chose is out of stock and will be delivered next Tuesday at the earliest. Weird, cus the customer service rep promised me it had shipped. When I order on Tuesday, it took 4 days to realize the bouquet was out of stock? Or what benefit is telling me this the evening it's supposed to be delivered?? I called customer service and was told next Tuesday is the best they can do. I ended up getting a refund and canceling my order and putting in a new same day order which probably won't get there either. Extremely frustrating and beyond useless and rude customer service.
