“I would not take the time to write this review if I didn't hope that it would save someone else their time and money. Customer service is horrible. I paid for same day delivery and each time I checked on my order I was told it would be the next day. My daughter was in Atlanta for her birthday so of course I wanted to flowers delivered while she was there. Long story short the flowers arrived the days she left. It's not worth it!”
“Their Tropical Bliss is a Tropical Miss. The web pic is a very nice tropical display, but what gets delivered is the impression of tropicals using domestics like roses and mums. Some of the arrangement had started to brown on the edges. They offered a 20% refund which speaks volumes to their customer service. Don't bother.”
“Placed an order On Monday April 7th, was ask when do Iwant the delivery I chose Wed April 9th, today is Saturday April 12th, try to talk to somebody is impossible. Was told to contact UPS, thats another joke. I've told my family members to watch for a delivery and its still not there, im beginning to think I've been scammed.”
“Purchased flowers for a funeral service, I paid the expedited delivery fee so it gets delivered before the service started. When it still wasn’t delivered and the service started, I called For You Flowers. They said we’ll reimburse the expedited delivery fee. 2 hours after service started, it still wasn’t delivered. When the driver finally gets there, I get a message, get your order soon or the order is canceled. I purchased the flowers through From you Flowers because I live out of state. How am I supposed to pick up the order!!!! I’m never ordering flowers again from From you Flowers!!!!”
“My husband is not able to be with me for my birthday, he coordinated a special day so I wouldn’t be heartbroken and alone, and guess what, the flowers he specifically wanted that held a much deeper meaning never arrived, when it was brought up to customer service the evening of my bday we were told they would be there the next day and upgraded, again never arrived, when we called back I was told they would have them to me in 5 days, almost a week after my bday. Customer service was not helpful or trying to come up with a solution and condescending actually, they were just fine to refund the money and cancel my order though. At the end of the day I want my flowers but more than anything I wanted the card and his sweet message.
I am so disappointed in this experience”

The image on the right shows the arrangement I ordered for $76. The image on the left shows what was actually delivered—mostly greenery with little resemblance to what was promised.
It’s incredibly disappointing that anyone would consider this an acceptable substitution. I won’t be ordering from this company again.”
“The flowers were all white, and they had brown marks all over them and the daylilies were bad so at the third day, they were already wilting and falling over. I called they said they would resend the flowers which they did and the second batch was nowhere near the quality of the first and the flowers were worse and the vase was broken and cracked.”

my niece for March 1st. I chose the large option for a red stand up arrangement with red roses.The flowers arrived in time but it was so scaintly put together and it looked very spaced out. with maybe 5 roses. I paid $175 and was disappointed. I ordered through this service before but usually a small arrangement. I think this service relies
on the flower services in the close area to where you order, however please let these companies know how the arrangements should look and the size ordered, or improve the website.”

Their customer service was very rude over the phone, they lied and said it was delivered when it wasn’t and refused to share any details of the orders whereabouts. “Awful product. I ordered peonies. They were delivered in bud form. But the stems, leaves, and buds were bone dry. There was no water or moisture. I tried to revive them several different ways. I have done this many times. I asked for a refund. They gave me back only $30.00. I will never again use this company”
“If I could give this place a 0 it would be that. I paid for an arrangement for 4/5 same day never was delivered. Received a email Sunday the next day stating delivery would be for Monday the 7th! Still nothing, called and complained I kept getting excuses. Email updates stated would be delivered on Tuesday STILL NOTHING later that even will be delivered the next day. I don’t think I my arrangement will be delivered. Do not order from this place!”
“Pictures online did not match the flowers that were sent. And when I simply emailed to let them know, they refunded me $16 dollars out of the 77 dollars that was spent. I'm bummed out that my mother's 80th Birthday flowers weren't as special as I thought it would be. They were old and brittle.”
“I was just on the phone trying to place an order. They insist on the recipients phone # but I was afraid I'd lose my order if I clicked off to get to phone #'s, so I called. The guy that answered was impossible for me to understand. He kept asking for "I Chris" finally I figured out it was address. And it just got worse. I could hear other operators in the background. I got uncomfortable and cancelled the order. I have to go and cancel the money. It wasn't just my inability to understand as much as the feeling of unprofessional help. Or, my trick knee.”
“First, I had a discount applied and when I hit submit, my discount suddenly decreased so I ended up being charged more. Ordered a sympathy arrangement.. looks nothing to what the picture showed. Barely a flower in it.”
