“Ordered flowers/chocolate for same-day delivery and expedited delivery to be there by 12pm. When order not delivered by 12pm, I called Customer Service 5 times in the afternoon to find out the status of my order as the Track your Order Link just says "Delivery Scheduled". Customer service has NO way to contact the Local Florist to make sure the order is actually on the way. Completely awful and stressful for me as the customer. Finally get a call at 830p only for Customer Service to tell me that the the order won't be delivered today. This was an awful experience.”
“My wife had a miscarriage and I wanted to get her flowers but was not able to leave her side. I would normally never spend an obscene amount of money on two dozen roses but I needed to get them for her. Turns out my mother, unaware of me ordering flowers from here as well, placed an order for flowers as well. Well, consistent with the other reviews, no flowers showed up for either of us and my wife now has to listen to me fighting with their call center in a foreign country with, no joke, a rooster in the background, for my money back. This is unacceptable and a shame they’re even on google as a top suggestion.”
“I ordered flowers and balloons for my friend's birthday the day before and paid the Expedited Delivery Fee to ensure my gift would be delivered before 12 PM. However, they processed it as same-day delivery (+$). In the end, the order was delivered two days late, without the balloons—only the flowers, which also did not look like the picture. Who needs flowers two days after a birthday for over $100?!

“Because I am abroad, I haven't seen my daughter in a few years but still wanted her birthday to be special - even in my absence; so I searched & found a local flower delivery that is close to her. The online assortments "appeared" visually beautiful; however, what was received was NO WHERE as full, colorful, or engaging to receive as I'd hope for. The ONLY things that were pleasant was the delivery date/time and the "Enclosed Card". (I have attached 3-pictures for review).”
“I order 3 dozens roses for my wife on Feb 4th to be delivered at her work on valentines day. The 7th I realized her schedule had changed and I sent A email to them to ask if I could change delivery date or address since it was only the 8th and the flowers hadn't been sent yet? They wouldn't allow it in any kind of way. Even when i offered to pay any difference. Wasn't happy but ok my fault. The flowers They arrived brown topped an 2 pcs of baby's breath in 3 dozen roses. Sure didn't look even close to the picture! Feel like I could have went to walmart and got 10dozen an it looked 100x better for the same amount! Won't be using them again.”
“First of all my flowers I ordered for my mother's 80th Birthday were late. When she received them and sent me a pic of of them I was mortified. I would've been better off buying flowers from a grocery store for $20 rather than $60 for flowers that looked horrible. My picture below has flowers I ordered on the left and the flowers I received on the right. My card with message was not even with the flowers. So disappointing.”

There was No purple, No lavender and No fuchsia color flowers in my arrangement. It was basically White. And the roses that they put in look like they had been bloomed for a week. It was very embarrassing to me. All they refunded me was 30%! You Don't get a DO OVER for a wake or Any Special Event! I told them they need to find a new vendor because this place they use does not do their website justice and I will NEVER shop their site again! Hell Jewel probably could do a better job!”
“It took four different days to get the delivery. I called each time the recipient was supposed to have gotten them and all that was said was they would try the next day. Plus I kept receiving emails saying that it was delivered even though it wasn’t. Three different emails saying it was delivered when it wasn’t. Will never use this service again. It was a headache”
“I ordered flowers for my mother's 78th birthday days in advance because I couldn't be there due to having the flu and not wanting her to get sick because she is in poor health and they did NOT arrive when they were suppose to. I could understand if I ordered the day of but not days prior. Unacceptable”

“Terrible experience. Ordered $160 worth of flowers for my wife on Valentine’s Day. They arrived and were half dead. They didn’t give me the custom vase I paid extra for either. I emailed them and they said “we are so sorry we will resend you a new batch”, then the next day they emailed me again and said “sorry we won’t be sending you a new batch. Instead we will give you a 50% refund, of $25” and I said WHAT?! I paid $160 for this. They turned around and said “well we don’t count in the extra stuff you paid for or delivery fees. We only count the flowers themselves before taxes. So that was $51..”
They are a scam, just pay the extra and get them from a local flower shop.”

The arrangement we received was not even close in quality to the picture of what I expected when I purchased them and the delay in delivery resulted in the flowers turning brown immediately. They provided a nominal refund, but not even close to the amount that I spent. Truly poor quality and exceptionally poor service. “Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. I falsely presumed these folks would "partner" with local florists. Flowers shipped from Louisville, KY to Bismarck, ND. The glass vase was shattered and the flowers were disheveled. Thankfully my wife's co-worker opened the box, cleaned the glass fragments off the flowers and put the flowers in a plastic container for her. Flowers From You - never again, I should have waited until the next day and called a local florist. But at least I got my $7 I paid for the vase back....”
“HORRIBLE. Advertised with a discount. Discount not applied. Email x3 did not resolve. First phone call did not resolve because they hung up on me. Second phone call, rude and condescending. Refusing to do a refund, trying to explain multiple times of something I already understand. Requested multiple times that the order should be cancelled immediately and refunded. Stating he had to get supervisor, then came back to explain again!? Still on hold, waiting for confirmation of cancellation and refund. This company HORRIBLE customer service AND Misleading advertisement. Will update to see if the refund is actually applied.”
