Long story short, the poinsettia I ordered was either never delivered or delivered to the wrong address, though I got a notice that it was delivered this week.
The plant was a variety my sister, a gardener, saw for the first time a few weeks before and fell in love with, so I knew it would be a great Christmas surprise to track one down and have it delivered to her. Instead, when I didn't hear from her, I had to text and ask if she'd gotten it. Not only hadn't she received it but by the time I texted her, she'd already researched the variety on her own and found one locally.
The company kept saying they'd deliver another to her, but by that time the surprise was ruined and she didn't need two. I had to come up with another (not so thoughtful) gift at the last minute.
I'm supposed to be issued a refund, so we'll see. I was also told there would be a free arrangement on my account but just looked and there isn't.
