I ordered a plant with expedited shipping for next day delivery. I heard nothing from the company, so I contacted them through their "customer service". I was told that the order was delayed and would not arrive for the expedited delivery time. I then waited until 4pm and still no delivery. I contacted customer service again and was told the delivery could not be made until 3 days after the initial delivery date. Needless to say this was unacceptable and the fact they thought this would work is crazy. I then had to wait on the phone before I was given a full refund - but still no product.
Terrible way to run a business - shop elsewhere.
