I have ordered from this company twice. The first time was flowers for my wife which were supposed to be delivered at a specific time that I paid extra for and they were not delivered until about 4 hours after that time. This time, I ordered something to be delivered to the exact same address and they were supposed to be there on a certain day but no certain time and it is now two days later and they still aren't there.
When I go to tracking it says that they tried to deliver them on the day that it was supposed to be delivered but had the wrong street address name and now when I track it it says that they're trying to deliver it again but they have the wrong street address number. That can only be possible if somebody at the from you Flowers company messed up because they have delivered to that address before as I formerly stated. When you contact them through email or other means they say that they will have someone get back to you shortly and then no one gets back to you. Don't waste your time and the only reason I gave them two stars was because my wife said that the flowers were nice when she received them but I have yet to see if this other order is any good.
