I ordered flowers on February 6th to be delivered to my daughter on her birthday, February 7th. They were not delivered that day, or the next. I had many chats and calls with customer service and each time I was assured that they were on their way. They were not. I was very disappointed and finally just called and cancelled my order completely after my last conversation with customer service where they once again promised to have them delivered by the next day again, which at this point is three days after her birthday. If a person, or occasion is important enough to you to send flowers, do not place your trust in this company. This is the second time I've had this issue with this company and I will not try thelindm again.
