My husband ordered flowers for my daughter for valentines. On Valentines it changed to delivery 2/15. THATS NOT VALENTINES!! For over $100, I expect delivery on the day scheduled. I called a rep, who changed the date back, then said delivery by 6. It’s a business and closes at 5. She said, sorry, that’s our policy.
So she would absolutely allow a very busy florist to make flowers for delivery to a closed business on Valentines? I asked who the company was delivering the flowers. She hung up on me while saying something to an associate that I couldn’t understand.
I ordered from a local florist who squeezed me in at 2:30 pm and I called back to ask for a full refund because I ordered elsewhere. The rep then offered 20% discount and they’d still deliver on 2/15. Like it was a HUGE favor to me. Excuse me??? Why would I do that? I just said I ordered elsewhere. I’m so disappointed with this service.
