Definitely got scammed by these foreigners. Placed a Valentine’s Day flower order a week ahead of time. Called on Valentine’s Day at 3pm asking if the flowers were still coming. Woman with accent thicker than Beyoncé guaranteed it. Called at 5:01 and was told by another woman with an even thicker accent, think Cardi B for that one, told me that it would now be delivered the day after Valentine’s Day. She couldn’t understand why I wasn’t satisfied that a VALENTINES DAY flower bouquet wouldn’t be desirable the day AFTER Valentine’s Day. Now I know eating goat won’t wreck your brain like this company’s service, but maybe that goat booty play we all hear about is the root of the issue. When I asked for a refund, they hung up on me after waiting 25 mins for that phone center scammer to answer. Whatever, I’m out $100, look like a deadbeat jackass on Valentine’s Day, but at least I’m not a goat f—-er trapped in an asbestos-ridden building ready to fall down from that low IQ builders like the people at this company.
