I ordered a large bouquet of flowers (before 10:15 am) to be delivered same day and paid the additional delivery fee. By 9:15 pm, they were not delivered. I tried to reached out to customer service without a reply. So I sent a message asking for a refund. At 8:00 am the following morning, they arrived and were not what I ordered. Then I received the delivery message that they were delivered the day before. Called customer service and not only would they NOT give me a full refund (guess they do not ensure the 100% guarantee) but would only return me the extra I paid for same day delivery. I bought a bouquet at Trader Joe's for $12.99 that was bigger and cheaper that this place.
NEVER use them again!
