This service has been really hit and miss for me, and after the last fiasco I'm finished with them. I really think it comes down to the local florist they choose to complete delivery, but it was awful. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars instead of 1 is that after my girlfriend contacted them to complain about the roses that were dead/dying after 24 hours they refunded my money. Initially there were items missing (was supposed to be a stuffed bear delivered also, it wasn't). When I complained about that they refunded that portion of my payment. One day later (which was Valentine's Day) the flowers were dead and/or dying. It just sucked all around.
